I cannot suggest this company enough to anyone who is in the market for a new A/C. Sean explained every option and consideration in detail to help me understand which decision was best for me and the crew knocked everything out in one day with the utmost professionalism. No one can go wrong with this company!!

I highly recommend Anderson Air. I am a new homeowner and they made me aware of the service contract the previous homeowners had, and came out to provide preventative maintenance free of charge. Zach was very knowledgeable and provided great customer service, communication, and a detailed demonstration of my HVAC system. Thanks Zach!

I have nothing but praise for Anderson Air, LLC. The owner Sean and the service manager Chris are professional, courteous and more importantly knowledgeable. I feel rescued from other inconsistent and price gauging air conditioning services.

Great experience very Professional my ac went out on a 93 Degrees day .I was able to get a tech out with in a few hours HVAC fixed best prices in the area , being a Saturday a lot of company charge double or even more knot Anderson air. (wanted to give 10 starts but google only let u put 5 ) this is my new go to HVAC company

A/C issue this morning, called Anderson and got an appointment this afternoon. Carl came out and cleaned the coils and replaced them thermostat. Very polite, knowledgeable, and efficient, Carl did great job and we are extremely happy.

I rent a place my ac went out and my landlord called these guys they were very amazing and professional got the ac fixed in about 5 mins after replacing a part thanks Chris ,will definitely use this company when I buy my own house

I became acquainted with Anderson Air / Shawn Anderson when my 30 + yr HVAC company went out of business. Shawn picked up their book of business. At that time I was really struggling with issues with my unit esp with uncontrollable humidity. They came right out and did everything they could to get me to a good place. Came two days and still don’t charge me as trying to “make it right”. In the end the prior company installed too large a HVAC for the size of my house so nothing I could do at that point. SighAfter that I decided this was going to be my HVAC company moving forward! They are responsive, knowledgeable and professional The original warranty is even being honored.Today was my first semi annual maintenance check up . Zach spent well over an hour here checking everything, cleaning my coils, etc. they took pictures to include with the invoice to show all they did, readings and the installation of a new capacitor.I believe I made a good decision going with Anderson Air !

First class operation

A neighbor recommended Anderson Air after their positive experience. And now I have a positive review of my own. Our old HVAC system needed to be replaced. Sean, the owner, came out to assess the property, determine what our system needs were going to be and provide a quote. He did a good job of explaining and answering questions without being pushy. I ended up getting a very fair and comparable estimate, and arrangements were made for installation. Even though we were due for a big storm the day of installation the technicians- Lucas, Ian, and Carl still came out to work on putting in the new HVAC. They really worked hard to get it done, were polite, and cleaned up as they went. My old house had some complications, and they took the time to explain the electrical situation and work around a tight attic space. After the installation was complete they went over the new smart thermostat and came back the next day to ensure everything was running smoothly and put back in place due to the storm shortening their day previously. I highly recommend Anderson Air and will certainly use them for maintenance and future HVAC needs.

Excellent service. Install crew was on time, worked efficiently and communicated well. They made sure we knew how to use new thermostat before leaving and made sure we were comfortable. Will definitely use again!

Lucas, Carl and Nick were outstanding. They were super professional, super curious and so so very considerate in every action taken in our home. Both Carl and Lucas took time and explained all aspects of our installation and did an excellent tutorial on our new WiFi thermostat. We felt the price was very fair and we cannot recommend this company enough for your AC and heating needs

I reached out to Anderson Air LLC for help in addressing issues with my AC Ducts in my attic.Chis came out for a look, was professional and talked to me about the option I wanted. After re-evaluating based on needs, we agreed that the best value would be a total replacement of my attic ducts.We scheduled a date for the replacement that was accommodating to my schedule (I had to re-schedule last second and they had no issues at all).Lucas, Carl, and Nick came out on the date and was very efficient in getting the job done and allowed me to look at the finished work before they were on the way.I was very impressed and will be recommending friends and family to give Anderson Air a call when the time comes!

Anderson Air does a phenomenal job! I use them for all of my ac needs. They do bi-annual maintenance for me, and when I had a weekend emergency, they came out within 1 hour of me calling. Most recently, Lucas and his team (Phillip, Nick and Carl) came to do a full ac pull, pan replacement and deck replacement. They were prompt, very courteous, explained everything to me and cleaned up after themselves. Pricing is very fair as well. The ladies in the office are great as well!!

Had about 6 quotes and Anderson beat out all the other. On the day of the install, Lucas, Carl, Nick were all very professional and each knew what they were doing. Also was nice they did not mind explaining some of the things they were doing so I could learn as well. Would recommend to anyone

I had an amazing experience with Anderson Air. I can't thank them enough. Everyone on their team responded quickly; gave me options to choose from; showed up on time; made sure i understood what they were doing; and how long to expect it to take.Whether you are talking to Kristen or Susan on the phone, or working with the owner Sean, EVERYONE is friendly and do everything they can to make you feel comfortable about resolving your AC problems.Sean came to look at our 2 AC units that were close to 40 years old. He gave me options to choose from, and installed 2 new units in a very timely fashion.Lucas, Eric, and Nick were extremely professional when they came out and installed both units, and they did an AMAZING job installing our AC even though my home offered many challenges.I want to say a bigh THANK YOU to the entire team for helping my mom get this resolved. She sure was stressed about it, but you guys made it easy.You guys are awesome!

I can’t say enough great things about this business. The AC went out and Sean was out here immediately. He diagnosed the problem, spent a lot of time answering my questions, and got the problem fixed right away. I needed a new unit because mine was so old and already had every bandaid fix possible by another company. Anderson was recommended to me by a good friend and I am so happy that I listened to his advice. As a Veteran himself, Sean was good enough to give me a Veteran discount. The crew that came to do the install were Lucas, Carl and Nick. They could not have been any more professional and knowledgeable. They were all truly impressive. I was also very happy with the rest of the staff I dealt with, to include Susan, who was just so friendly and helpful whenever I called. I am so impressed with this business and give them my highest recommendation.Update: After the AC was fixed, the AC in my own home went out just days later! (The AC that was originally fixed is my home, but not my main residence). I called, and Sean showed up in less than an hour and fixed it. Then, I needed documentation to submit to my home warranty company, and Kristen was just so sweet and helpful. Again, I just can’t say enough good things about this company.

After struggling with my home warranty service, I called Anderson Air to come out and fix my AC. Kristin, who answered the phone was one of the nicest people I've spoken with in a long time. She had a tech dispatched to my home within 15 minutes, and the tech arrived within 30 minutes. Zach was an absolute delight! He diagnosed the issue and had it fixed in less than an hour. He was professional, knowledgeable, quick, friendly and a lifesaver. The repair was very affordable and I'm having the owner, Sean, come out and give me an estimate on a new unit. I can not recommend this company enough. An awesome experience from the very first call. I will recommend to all of my friends and I am now most likely a customer for life. Thank you!!!

The installers at Anderson air are top notch. I had my heat pump/AC replaced on 8/24 and they were on time, professional and expedient in the installation. The installers were here by 8:00 and out by 1:00 including removal of the old system, installation of a new system and clean up. Great job by Anderson Air.

We have had great experiences with Anderson Air over the past few weeks. Zack serviced our old AC unit and gave me solid information about our options for continued service as well as for potential replacement. Sean came out shortly after to give us a replacement estimate, which we decided to go ahead with. Both gentlemen were highly professional and knowledgeable. Our most recent appointment was with Lucas, Carl, and Nick, who replaced our old unit. All three were friendly and professional and did a great job! I would absolutely recommend this company in the future.

Anderson Air replaced our HVAC 2 years ago and we have been so impressed with their services and staff. They are always one time, give you text updates, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I give them a 5++ and highly recommend them.

At 7 am my AC was down. I call AndersonAir, the owner answered, told him my problem. At 10:15 his repairman was at my door. I needed a new part, said new part was in the repair truck. 30 minutes later my AC was working and cooling my house. Great staff and very friendly and helpful owner...

Fantastic Company! Staff was extremely nice. They went above and beyond to get our AC working again. Scheduled a Saturday appointment and instead came within 2 hours of calling on a Friday. Our technician Robert had it diagnosed and fixed with 30 minutes. He was extremely nice and knowledgeable. Cost was straight forward and not over priced. Highly recommend Anderson Air!

Our AC had stopped working and we'd tried all the quick fixes. Lucas from Anderson Air Pensacola.was able to come by within a couple of hours, checked several potential problems, and explained everything and how it related to the AC, which was really helpful and respectful. Most techs don't bother. So grateful for the education! Anderson's prices were reasonable and fair, every cost explained clearly as well. We're new to the area, but we've found our HVAC company! We feel like we're in great hands with Anderson Air Pensacola and we'll ask for Lucas again!

Anderson Air did an outstanding job replacing my AC and Gas furnace. They corrected several issues they found like broken drains, electrical issues, poor gas ventilation etc. and did not change the quoted price. Carl, Nick, and Lucas worked hard from the moment they arrived until the job was finished. They are friendly, efficient, and professional. Good representatives of the company!.

Call taker was extremely nice and accommodating. Tech was on time and promptly repaired my A/C on a Sunday afternoon. Will absolutely use them again. Important to note that there is no upcharge for afterhours or weekend calls.

Anderson Air LLC recently installed a new Bryant heat pump and it is working as expected. The crew of Lucas, Jay & Nick did an excellent job of preparing the area, installing the inside & outside units and cleaning up.

Kudos to Anderson Heating & Air for the wisdom to see the value of surrounding themselves with quality, courteous and knowledgeable technicians.Had our 21 year old air handler making a dreadful noise hence the call to Anderson’s. Scheduled service call for the following day, requesting the same tech, from a service call of a year ago, if possible, because of the impression he had made.Chris Wilcox did indeed arrive and as usual continued to be a great steward for Anderson. He took great effort to explain my options and patiently listened to my questions and gave me heartfelt advises. Want to or not I was going to replace my air handler, yes, my wife convinced me but Chris gave us the pros & cons.Fortuitously, Anderson was able to schedule install for the following morning, early. Was at first concerned that Chris would not be involved with install but he did reassure me that the Install Department was in fact outstanding.Lucas and Carl were able to rip out old unit, rebuild the closet and install the new unit in about 4 hours, notwithstanding their continuous interruptions by me for explanations that were met with informed, earnest answers.Came to understand that Chris Wilcox is in fact Service Mgr and Lucas is head of the Installation Dept , and Carl, after having worked with Chris in Service was now gaining experience In Installation. What is not to like about these bright employees with a plan?Yes, I know I have said too much, yet I haven’t said enough.
