Sean and Chris patiently walked me through the process of replacing the HVAC system and ductwork in my 98 year old cottage. I called today to see about having Anderson Air go to my mom’s since her A/C thermostat was showing an error and it wasn’t cooling. I was able to get a same day window. I was called prior to the techs coming and met them there. They quickly assessed the situation and made the repairs. They also worked with me to get the thermostat app on my phone so I can know that things are good from the comfort of my own home!Lucas and Carl were a great team today! They repaired, educated and were genuinely nice guys to work with!!Thank you Anderson Air for always coming through for us!
Amazing service from Anderson. Chris was very informative and answer all questions we had for this process. When the time came to get the until installed, Lucas, Carl, and Ian showed up and did an outstanding job. There was care in the work that was done. Highly recommend Anderson Air!
Anderson Air does a phenomenal job! I use them for all of my ac needs. They do bi-annual maintenance for me, and when I had a weekend emergency, they came out within 1 hour of me calling. Most recently, Lucas and his team (Phillip, Nick and Carl) came to do a full ac pull, pan replacement and deck replacement. They were prompt, very courteous, explained everything to me and cleaned up after themselves. Pricing is very fair as well. The ladies in the office are great as well!!
